Leah moved to Richmond for law school five years after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of South Alabama, in Mobile, AL. During those five years, Leah worked various positions such as a preschool teacher, pet care specialist, insurance salesperson, and DMV clerk. When Leah started law school, it was with the confidence of knowing she was making the right decision and she never looked back. After obtaining her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, she clerked for Judge Joseph J. Ellis of the Spotsylvania County Circuit Court. During her clerkship, Leah met Stacey Strentz and Brenda Greene, and joined their family law practice soon thereafter. Leah focuses on family law and enjoys interacting with clients and helping them find solutions to their concerns. Leah is also certified to serve as a Guardian ad litem, representing children and parents in court proceedings. Leah lives in Richmond with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs. When not practicing law, Leah enjoys running half marathons and baking.
